Very nice Italian style beef sandwich, real pretty food to eat and look at. Good black pepper note in the beef, conservative on the toppings, I like more of everything on an Italian beef. Good amount of beef juice in the bun but not toasted, missed opportunity there. No option to bake the cheese on which I am sometimes in the mood for. Real good onion rings, not drenched in oil. Yep, I would do it again, 6 inch was plenty.

My first time at a Buona and loved it. The lady who helped us, Ana, was very helpful and patient. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. I will return.

Had a great meal at this location. Staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. I had the cheese ravioli and they were very large and I added sausage to the dish. The chopped salad was excellent. A place I would definitely revisit on future trips to the area.

Absolutely the best Italian beef! The service was good and the food was outstanding! You order at the counter and then they bring the food out to you. We had Italian beef sandwiches with mozzarella, cheese fries, supremo pizza, and brownies. The food is made fresh to order and is outstanding! The Italian beef spice blend is tasty! The buns were so good too! The fries are crisp and cooked perfectly. The brownies are pre-packaged- Ghiradelli brownies and are huge, moist, and delicious! We enjoyed every bite! Yum!

When you walk in, there are two options to order - the kiosk or a real person. Unfortunately the person who was taking orders couldn't really suggest anything as she said she hadn't tried anything. This location is walking distance to a hotel so I don't understand why the employees don't know what things taste like. It would be helpful for our of town guests to have suggestions since there are ALOT of options to choose from. The place itself was very clean and ample amount of space in the dining room. They come around to pick up your table when you leave. We ordered a Italian been sandwich, dipped, with hot giardiniera on the side (it comes with just the beef and bread), kids cheese pizza (does not come with any sides) and a Buffalo Ranch Chicken Salad with a drink. The total was 32.37. Everyone liked their food. The salad was well dressed and the bread that came with it was very good. The cheese pizza was a little greasy but it is pizza. The Italian beef sandwich was great. Next time I will get it baptized. I can see why people can think it didn't have juice... It gets absorbed by the bread. The bread was very good. Overall l, it was a great experience.

Open seating. Clean restaurant. Many menus. Helpful staff. Pleasant service. Friendly atmosphere. I walked in and ordered in about 5 mins. The server was helpful and patient. We ordered a baptized Beef & sausage sandwich with onion rings and fries. Everything was ready within mins. They brought our order to our table and checked on us regularly. I also had an Arnold palmer which hit the spot. Everything was delicious.
